未評估會員財務狀況，就話術對方申辦零卡貸款（高達六萬元 ）買課，然後所謂的課堂教練的專業性根本堪憂，會叫你吃賀寶芙產品取代正餐，我自己又有在健身，都知道這樣不對（況且賀寶芙的產品非常有爭議），做生意要憑良心啊，我是不知道你們專業如何，但論職業道德你們根本零分！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場地雖然小巧但很溫馨，教練們人都非常有耐心也非常Nice，很適合初學者來諮詢、運動，教練會細心的從飲食調整開始教導，一步一步的引導你開始跨出訓練的第一步，我覺得是克服初學恐懼的好地方。
特別謝謝虹邑教練跟哲玄教練，幫助我加入的三個月設定減脂目標，搭配飲食控制跟代餐，真的減了7-8%體脂，肌肉量也增加，對於以前不運動的泡芙上班族如我是非常大的鼓勵，希望可以持續下去，保持健康飲食跟運動的習慣！
Although the venue is small but very warm, the coaches are very patient and very nice. It is very suitable for beginners to consult and exercise. The coach will carefully teach you from diet adjustments and guide you step by step to start the first step of training. , I think it is a good place to overcome the fear of beginners.
Special thanks to coach Hongyi and Coach Zhexuan for helping me set fat reduction goals for the three months I joined. With diet control and meal replacements, I really lost 7-8% of body fat and increased muscle mass. For those who did not exercise before Puff office workers like me are very encouraged, I hope it can continue, and maintain healthy eating and exercise habits!
