★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我的電腦更新到一半停住，應該是系統有問題，拿到那邊去維修他說要重灌 3天 後能拿電腦$600元，放下電腦後晚上收到簡訊說硬碟壞掉要$3500，隔天我就去把電腦拿回來不休了因為我覺得電腦的硬碟根本沒有問題他就收我$300檢查費用
回到家後我把電腦還原原廠設定，馬上搞定 電腦就沒問題了，硬碟根本就沒有壞，只是系統出了問題。
他居然是宏碁電腦原廠服務的授權中心，我真是不敢恭維 以後都不想買宏碁的產品了

He is actually the authorization center for the original Acer computer service. I really can’t flatter him. I don’t want to buy Acer products anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來修筆電服務一般，但是至少筆電能修得好，雖然我覺得價格上不是很便宜，不過3C商品嘛…依賴度高而且要用不修也不行，買新的更貴…
The service for repairing laptops is average, but at least the power of the laptops is repaired well. Although I think the price is not very cheap, but 3C products are highly dependent and it is more expensive to buy new ones...

Except the attitude of the lady at the counter is not very enthusiastic, the others are super satisfied. The screen is replaced for free under the warranty. My problem is that the LCD panel has white spots. It is really great to repair it for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 筆電有兩個m.2的ssd插槽 目前只用了一個 想加裝一個 但自己沒裝過 想說請工程師裝比較不會出錯 結果服務人員拆開後信誓旦旦表示裡面只有一個m.2插槽 我說筆電規格寫有兩個但服務人員仍表示拆開後就只有看到一個 當下我不敢肯定只好先回家 回家後看網路教學自己拆開筆電背蓋發現果然還有一個空的m.2插槽 只是在另一側 然後一下就裝好了
acer的服務中心竟然連acer筆電都不了解
服務人員態度蠻友善的 但專業能力真的不敢恭維

acer's service center doesn't even know about acer laptops
The attitude of the service staff is quite friendly, but the professional ability is really not to be complimented
