若不是看在總公司客服還有評分機制分上,根本連一顆星都不想給! 上週五筆電螢幕壞了送去維修,不知道是店長還是哪位人員,說要等到隔週二晚上或週三才能拿。本人事前已經說過那是上班要用的電腦,裡面也有公司資料,且當時確切聽的他說最慢週三才放心給他修。 結果週二了打去問,竟然告訴我可能要週四或週五,我想請問,那麼我上週到當週這幾天筆電是放在你們那邊做什麼?銀行都能長利息,我筆電徒放在你們那邊工作沒有進展,我個人私下經營的副業、第二專長的工作收入與進度,誰來理賠?當然這不排除自己沒有備份的過錯,但「如果你們自己沒有把握在自己說出的期限內修好,麻煩不要私自給客戶訂時間」這讓人感覺很差!而且明明是你們的問題,當時電話從頭到尾一句道歉也沒說,只會一直跳針說是調料的問題? 不管是調料還是工程師在不在,那都是你們自家必須面對的問題,不是先給客戶喊話後再來要客戶吸收的!覺得很扯的是,今早打去總公司客服反應後,下午1點馬上傳簡訊說修好了,那麼請問周二所說的等到周四周五又是什麼情形?而且剛才去取件時,櫃台小姐一直說我電話打不通,簡訊也傳很多通,不知道有沒有收到?天啊,我當然是看到簡訊才知道要去拿的啊。還有到現場時,那位先前與我接洽的員工表情也很差,整個服務的體驗就是差勁! 修好後決定再買一台ASUS的筆電,至少人家的服務還更周到、完善。真的對這次的服務很失望!失望一次就夠了!

此門市是「授權」,因此不會有58分鍾快速維修服務,因為沒有工程師,所以需要送件到其他縣市做維修,來回最少也要7~14天;想要58分鐘快速維修最好找寫「直營」的服務中心。個人是休假回老家想說有時間順便去維修筆電(觸控板損壞),結果到現場透過跟櫃台小姐溝通才知道整個情況,但整個過程櫃台小姐都很有禮貌,個人體驗是覺得很不錯。後面我是回台中並騎車去直營中心維修。個人是覺得假如有1天時間空閒的人,如果急著需要筆電,可以考慮搭國光客運從嘉義 到 朝馬站(時程1小時15分;單程車票175,來回車票價格忘記了),下車後從朝馬站到台中文心路的宏碁直營服務中心(大概3公里左右),至於這部分可以考慮搭台中公車或朝馬站附近的出租機車店家就可解決,筆電維修完有時間也可以逛逛台中。
