我24號送修,維修中心25說已經傳簡訊(未收到) 那為何28號有客服來電確認能否重灌? 至9/4皆無通知電腦是否維修好.... =(((

我連一顆星都不想給 第一時間就給櫃檯小姐看影片表示我的問題,在接收到簡訊後到現場,工程師卻跟我說因為聯絡不到我,但我的問題沒看到,我再給他看一次影片才跟我說這不是螢幕的問題而是鍵盤的問題,我一開始不就給小姐看過了嗎? 於是又等了一段時間 另外我說外接滑鼠在我沒觸控到觸控面板的時候鼠標會亂飄,要把他鎖住在解開才正常,結果解決方案居然是擅自的幫我弄了一個功能"外接滑鼠時觸控面板會沒功能",我有說我不要觸控面板的功能嗎?

主旨: 筆電剛維修完, 原本的問題仍然存在, 甚至還多出新問題, 以及維修電話客服經驗讓人不愉快. 近期2021.5月中旬至ACER宜蘭服務處, 修理螢幕休眠後會黑屏當機問題, 工程師說是硬碟問題, 當時詢問我要更換普通的還是高速的, 我選擇較便宜的普通硬碟, 之後等很久都沒消息, 打電話催促後又說一個禮拜內會到貨, 殊不知一個禮拜的限期快過了, 才打給我說只有較貴的高速硬碟能用, 那一開始幹麼問一堆直接換貴的, 也至少不會拖將近一個月. 重點是, 剛維修完沒多久, 休眠黑屏故障問題還是存在(有影片存證6/9/2021), 甚至8月開始螢幕開始出現閃爍, 好像花了錢越修越慘, 電話一來一往的過程中, 工程師講話聲音也小聲到根本不清楚在講什麼, 這樣要怎麼讓客戶理解你們的專業; 雖然我現在懷疑你們還有沒有就是了? : )

The point is that not long after the repair was completed, the sleep black screen failure problem still exists (there is a video certificate 6/9/2021), and even the screen began to flicker in August, it seems that the more money has been spent on repairs, the worse the phone calls. During the process, the engineer’s voice was so low that he didn’t know what he was talking about, so how do you let the customer understand your profession; although I now doubt whether you still have it? :)

有一台已經7年的筆電電池壞掉,之前因為疫情小孩需要網課所以拿去維修,年輕的技師很明確的告知公司已經沒有新的料件,只能等市面上有沒有二手的才能更換。 說實在的,這台買的時候是頂規的筆電,只因為沒有電池就要整組報銷實在可惜,所以就把筆電放在維修站慢慢等不知道哪時候才會有的料件。 幾個月過去,我早就忘記筆電還在那裡,沒想到就接到技師的電話,說找到替用的電池!我可以過去取回了!真的超驚訝、超開心的!!這位技師真的很有心,不知道花了他多少時間上網找二手料件!真的太棒了!筆電拿回來起死回生,小孩用的不亦樂乎,很想請Acer嘉獎他!
