我的案件詳情我不在這裡交待。如果可以,我會建議到台北光華直營服務中心。那邊的服務人員不論在服務態度、技術專業知識和細心聆聽,是令人滿意、安心和信賴的程度!
如果真的要到台中這邊使用維修服務的,我建議:
1. 在送修交付現場,把你的設備所有外觀都拍照記錄。萬一在取機時發現設備有其他破損,在交付的拍照記錄就可以保障你的權益。
2. 萬一有不愉快事件發生或有爭議:不用爭論,提出你的意見和證據,拒絕取回設備,不要簽署維修單據。
3. 堅持要把問題解決、你真心願意接受,才簽署維修單據及把設備取回。
台中這邊沒有客戶服務,或者說是「設備交收」會比較適合。沒有期望就沒有失望,對客戶服務沒有期望,就不會因為沒有客戶服務而感到失望。

I will not give details of my case here. If possible, I would recommend going to the Taipei Guanghua Direct Service Center. Regardless of service attitude, technical expertise and careful listening, the service personnel there are satisfied, reassuring and trustworthy!
If you really want to use the maintenance service here in Taichung, I suggest:
1. At the repair delivery site, take pictures of all appearances of your equipment. In the event that the device is found to be damaged when you pick up the machine, the photographic record delivered will protect your rights.
2. In case of unpleasant events or disputes: do not argue, present your opinion and evidence, refuse to take back the equipment, do not sign maintenance documents.
3. Insist on solving the problem and accepting it sincerely before signing the maintenance document and taking the equipment back.
There is no customer service here in Taichung, or "equipment delivery" would be more suitable. No expectations, no disappointment, no expectations for customer service, no disappointment for no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acer E-57EG 筆電設計及這家店的維修技術爛到爆,以後絕不再買acer的任何東西,前後買了2台都發生時而可開機,但經常都不能開機現象,經自己修理,發現是他們的設計有缺點,後面有一個快拆擴充蓋,可以方便更換硬碟、SSD、 DRAM,為了怕更換時處於開機狀態,於是設計一個突出柱頂著一個按壓開關,但是這設計有問題,這突出柱離螺絲有段距離,時間久了塑膠變形,按壓的高度就變了,導致按壓開關偶而看天氣才接觸的到.
前後買了2台acer E5-575G,價位2.5萬多,當時以為物超所值,這價位就有15.6吋,先幫兒子買一台, 過一段時間,我自己也買一台,沒想到用了才一年多,電池爆了,再過一段時間兒子的時而可開機,經常不開機,拿到這家店修理,竟說電源壞了,電池也壞了,主板也壞了,SSD也壞了,修理費要1.5萬,我聽了很生氣,有這麼爛的電腦,一次壞這麼多東西,而且也不相信他們的說法,但兒子急用,就再買一台ASUS,花了500元的檢修費,這台帶回家,因為也不缺電腦用,我就不急著修,過了約2年,就在2022年2月,我的E5-575G也發生同樣的問題,經過我修理,發現是快拆擴充蓋頂柱無法有效頂到開關,於是將頂柱頂端貼幾片膠布,問題就解決了,這才讓我想到兒子的電腦還沒修,於是將兒子的E5-575G,以相同方式修理,果然成功.為證實這維修是確實的,我從3/6換兒子的電腦用到現在5/2,都很正常.所以我的結論是便宜沒好貨,acer這麼大的品牌,不要為了市占,砸了品牌,比兒子早2年買給女兒的ASUS輕薄筆電到現在已用了6年都好好的.

So my conclusion is that cheap is not good, acer is so big The brand of ASUS, don't smash the brand for the sake of market share, the ASUS thin and light notebook that I bought for my daughter 2 years earlier than my son has been in good condition for 6 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 送修一台Acer REVO ONE,等了快10天沒接到工程師電話,自己打去問才說主機板壞了,等調零件,我納悶不是應該要先問客人是否要修才調零件嗎?當下我有直接回覆說我確定要修。再過三天打來又問我一次是否確定要更換主機板,我又再次於電話確定要換,也同意費用2500元。
結果拿回家要連藍芽鍵盤發現完全連不上,一定要把鍵盤擺在REVO ONE上面才連得到,WI-FI也一樣連不上,一定要手機開熱點擺在上面才有訊號,我索性把外殼拆開並卸掉側邊一個小窗口,果然藍芽跟Wi-Fi的線沒接上…整個傻眼,還好自己接上後一切正常,只能說好像ACER的台中維修工程師都一人負責太多維修,無法維持住該有的服務品質,如果國產品牌要留住國人的支持,請也用心把後勤服務做好。

The WI-FI also couldn't connect. I simply disassembled the casing and removed a small window on the side. Sure enough, the bluetooth and Wi-Fi cables were not connected... I was completely dumbfounded. Fortunately, after I connected it, everything was normal. It can only be said that ACER's Taichung maintenance engineer is alone. Responsible for too many maintenance, unable to maintain the proper service quality, if domestic brands want to retain the support of the Chinese, please also do a good job in logistics services.
