Microsoft帳戶無法登入去維修,筆電在現場以安全模式下檔案基本全可正常可使用,而現場只能用重灌方式解決、但電腦裡面有重要的軟件,重新申請需要300美金,希望不要用重灌方式,所以付300元檢測費並希望幫忙備份檔案。現場將軟件備份至正常模式下桌面。回到住處附近的7-11使用電腦,重要檔案消失… 。回到廠商救援資訊無果,連安全模式裡面的部分文件都一起消失。 必須要說這300讓我付的有點不滿,現場人員(非維修人員)一直在述說檔案本來就會不見… 不太懂這意思? 花了300檢測問題。備份的檔案也沒有用的意思是 :沒備份不會不見、備份了一定會不見? 最後還是以重灌追加500元解決。 我對維修人員沒有意見。 該付的錢我還是付。 我也知道他的當下難處。 但說真的後續《非》維修人員一直強調〈本來檔案就會不見〉,責任往客人身上推這點真不敢領教! 爛透了! 可以在這買電腦、別在這修電腦!
