店員跟我說要兩天後才有貨
我就先付了錢 等後天領貨
之後在官網看到購買比較便宜
當天的晚上的十點就到店內 要去申請
退款不給退 也不解釋原因 一直跟我說不能退
才過不到四小時 一天都不到 跟我說不能退
事前也沒有說明
我後來想說摸摸鼻子 算了要走的時候
神奇的是突然又有貨 說是豐原店調送過來
現場購買跟官網購買有價差
我不知道是不是店家的手法
我也懶得計較那麼多了
觀感非常差
來消費要多多注意
這種售後服務很是讓人心寒

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陪朋友大約22:15進去，因為已經知道要買什麼所以想直接買了就走，但一進去店員很尷尬的提醒「要找什麼嗎？我們營業到22:30唷」，在挑衣服期間，沒有過來服務我們，只在遠方一直盯著我們看，期間前後大概提醒了5次「我們營業到22:30」，還沒22:30就一直催客人離開感覺很差，所以後來都在旁邊等朋友，才發現原來他們店員是要玩交換禮物，才那麼急著摧促客人離開⋯⋯自己也是服務業，到最後一刻都會好好服務客人的我，感受到這樣的感受真的很不喜歡?
