穿拖鞋服務讓人感覺不舒服，衛生低俗觀感差，試穿的時候一直看到他的腳趾在戳揉抖動，真的很噁心
試穿體驗差之外，服務品質更是不敢恭維，這樣的鞋店供試穿本來就合情合理，為什麼試穿還要挨你們的冷言冷語? 真的有夠跩! 尚智，好棒的服務!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店裡兩位店員非常有禮且樂意協助，其中資深店員也仔細說明店內活動（非積極推銷，單純告知）並且提供詢問的鞋子貨況，清楚有條理；另一位留齊劉海戴眼鏡的女生店員非常熱心，給予試穿建議並跑上跑下多次拿不同鞋款的尺寸，最後告知店內無尺寸也特別打電話至其他店詢問庫存，服務誠意滿滿，購買過程中非常舒適，不買不行。

1. 調貨流程實在誇張 5/2 號購買 5/18 我親自打電話問才到貨，等兩個多禮拜，是從中國調來的嗎？
2. 第一週（8天後）直接去店內問，店員說，因為卡到假日關係，我黑人問號❓假日是一次放七天嗎？台灣有這麼多假日？疫情困難我也不覺得本島要調這麼久的物流，然後再三提醒說一定會打電話通知，叫我回去等。
3. 5/18 我親自打電話去問，又在跟我鬼扯說有打來，我電話紀錄就是沒有店家號碼，再跟我掰說可能是打錯電話，又跟我確認電話是正確的，為什麼要一直打臉自己？
（過程有瑕疵不是問題，問題是錯了還不認錯，這態度真的很扯）
我敢附上收據就不怕被查，
我的評論也只不過是升斗市民而已
但我再怎麼缺體育用品，
肯定不會在這家購買了
這家誠信非常有問題。
