When we went up to the third storey to look for a nice sneaker,none of the staff actually approached us to offer any help. They just continue chatting away loudly,totalling treating us like we don’t exist at all. My mom have to approached them for help. One of the female staff told us that she will try to find for us the biggest female shoe size so we waited. We waited for 10 mins and the staff did not get us the shoes we were waiting for so we questioned her about it and she fought back giving tons of excuses. There was no apology at all. I really hope the management do something about their staff customer service because it was so terrible.
