???????? 非常不愉快的購物經驗 1.週日經過看到喜歡的愛迪達門市 到店挑了雙鞋,試穿了很久 店員說沒貨 我問其他店有嗎 我可以去買 她說 都在外縣市 且答應要幫我調貨 我說好 不急我願意等 最後還寫客訂單給我告訴我 兩三天後就會到貨 我還再三跟他確認分店確定有貨嗎 其中一位小姐說有跟(虎尾店)調一雙 當下還要求我先付款 我告知到貨再付是否可以 店員說也可以 我拿了客訂單就離開了 2. 過了大約半小時 卻來電告訴我 分店不調了 因為只剩下一雙 沒貨了 就是沒貨了 沒辦法 沒貨我們也沒辦法 就這樣????? 這是我的問題 我當下沒有跟妳確認嗎? 還很有把握說 一定有貨 電話中 我反應 我要投訴 3. 接下來換店長打給我 店長不分青紅皂白 還打來問我說 她搞不清楚剛剛發生什麼事 要來跟我了解 說了一大堆 沒有重點 最後一直在電話中不斷的重覆 分店的鞋有瑕疵你懂嗎 分店的鞋有瑕疵你懂嗎 分店的鞋有瑕疵你懂嗎 我回她 什麼叫妳懂嗎 妳懂嗎 這是一個主管回應顧客的應對?? 店員說對方剩一雙不調了 店長說有瑕疵不調了 口徑不一 我已經搞不清楚到底哪裡有問題了 試問 我買鞋錯了嗎 我有強制一定要買嗎 我難道沒有再三問店員真的有貨嗎 怎回過頭來 卻都是顧客的問題? 店內人員都沒錯? 可以調閱監視器 看看當時的情況嗎 我只想表達 我是一個顧客 你們的調貨流程就是不對 當下員工沒有跟對方的店確認 是否可以調出 連撥電話詢問對方也沒有 就只看著帳上的電腦 口頭告訴我 分店可以調給我 星期日出貨 下週二或三打電話通知你來拿 從週日發生到現在 一通電話都沒有 一個道歉也沒有 該店不是什麼連鎖企業 投訴無門 隨便應付了事 才剛開業的店 如此的服務態度 希望別再有下一個跟我一樣的人??
