感想是...比我吃過的健身餐都好吃多了（本身吃過5家不同的健身餐，中壢3家、高雄2家）
牛小排跟舒肥雞都非常軟嫩，還附玫瑰鹽跟沙拉醬讓味覺有不同的感受?
外面很多標榜舒肥雞但都很乾柴，這家AEG低脂健身餐完全是嫩的超級好吃！而且該有的肉量也很多
配菜還有秋葵蠻特別的，雞蛋也是溫泉蛋等級，蛋黃軟嫩不乾硬
米飯也有紫米飯、地瓜泥、還有飲食控制的無碳水可以選擇
只能說住在附近的居民很幸福有開這麼好吃的餐廳，我只能大老遠從中壢來吃了！

What I think is... It’s much better than the fitness meals I have ever eaten (I have eaten 5 different fitness meals, 3 in Zhongli, 2 in Kaohsiung)
The beef short ribs and Shufei chicken are very soft and tender, and the rose salt and salad dressing are also included to make the taste different ?
Many outside advertised Shufei chicken but they are very dry. This AEG low-fat fitness meal is completely tender and super delicious! And there is a lot of meat
The side dishes and okra are very special. The eggs are also of the hot spring egg grade, and the yolk is soft and not hard.
There are also purple rice, sweet potato puree, and carbon-free water for diet control.
I can only say that the residents living nearby are very happy to have such a delicious restaurant, and I can only eat from Zhongli all the way!
