★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天一到櫃上小杜小姐（沒有記得櫃姐的名牌，不過有寫在名片上）就親切招呼、細心且耐心的介紹，詢問平常的保養方式，沒有給人有壓力的推銷，反而只是告訴我可以試看看其他的產品，給我幾包試用包回去試試看，全程的購買過程非常舒服，讓人會想再請她服務?而且她好漂亮又溫柔?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度真的很差⋯⋯第一次靠櫃經驗讓人很卻步。介紹產品的部分很像照本宣科，嗓門很大讓我和另一半都很不好意思。
主要是最後結帳要填寫會員資料的時候讓我感覺非常不受尊重，後續也有一些讓人不舒服的問題（比較私人就不在上面贅述）
因為高雄就只有這間，我也剛好已經有看定想買的產品，所以當天還是忍著不舒服的心情買下去。以後不會再來這間消費了，謝謝。
The service attitude is really bad... The first experience of relying on the counter is very intimidating. The part introducing the product was very scripted, and the loud voice made me and the other half feel embarrassed.
The main reason is that I felt very disrespected when I had to fill in the membership information at the final checkout, and there were also some uncomfortable questions in the follow-up (more personal, so I won't go into details above)
Because Kaohsiung only has this one, and I happened to already have a product that I wanted to buy, so I bought it with an uncomfortable feeling that day. I won't be shopping here again in the future, thank you.

後來想試用護手霜，拿個乾洗手噴霧走超慢，然後護手霜只擠了一點點，整個感受不是很愉悅！只感覺她想趕快下班了！
雖然之前靠櫃，是一個短頭髮的Niki接待，整體感受很舒服，也很積極介紹產品，根據我的需求推薦合適的保養品！
但會害怕下次靠櫃的經驗是好還是壞?
很喜歡這個品牌，但很希望能提升教育訓練，讓每個店員的態度齊一，至少不要水平差太多……..?

But I will be afraid of whether the next experience of relying on the cabinet will be good or bad?
I like this brand very much, but I really hope to improve the education and training, so that the attitude of each clerk is the same, at least not too much difference.......?

只能說果然如前人所說，只是短短幾分鐘，就很能感受她的「特別」。?
另外一位女店員就很正常，但因為短髮女的關係，還是無法給太好的評價⋯
