因為有想買的商品到店內消費 一開始進店的時候是男店員接待 店員有詢問要找什麼嗎?我們回答我們先看看一下! 他就擺一副很臭的臉?我以為是我看錯 後來看到到想買的東西的時候 就詢問該店員香味是有什麼成份? 他直接把架上商品拿過來轉背面成分標籤給我們看(一樣一個字都沒說) 然後我就詢問是否可以聞一下這個商品的味道 他就抹了一點在鐵棒上 然後拿給我 一樣一個字都沒說 然後就讓我跟他還有友人乾瞪眼 整體進店感受超差 本人也是做服務業沒遇過這麽惜字如金的 真的不知道在跩什麼 不是貴婦進店就要這樣被惡劣對待嗎? 每個店員態度都這麼差我看也可以收一收了

原本是覺得算了,因為一直以來都有使用它們家的產品,但是一回家打開真的就覺得不行 有一個女生店員接我的服務,我直接向他詢問我要買洗髮精,他簡單介紹了一下之後我正在看要哪款要回頭問他問題的時候他跟店員正在聊天(是還好,但是這樣的情形有3次!)是要等他們聊一段落才會理我的那種 再來是我向她詢問如果頭皮會長痘痘有沒有比較建議用哪一款,開始覺得不耐煩的臉,並解釋「長痘痘很多原因不是洗髮精可以解決 」我? 而最後有說用控油的 然後開始推銷潤絲 我跟他說不用,因為不喜歡太多程序,很麻煩。然後開始說「有時候不是洗髮精是因為沒有用潤絲」 我? 總之覺得趕快結帳離開就好,結果一回到家發現包包裡面黏黏的,一拿起來結果漏出來?! 所以包裝以前不用檢查嗎?? 真的很糟的經驗,我真的不確定是店員問題還是公司經營理念的問題?

轉角的獨立門市,店員一開始都很客氣,但一定得透過他們才能試聞味道讓人很有壓力,自己逛也沒有任何中文標示跟價位,只有給目錄板子,但詳細的香調都沒註明,只有名稱和價位(我還不如上官網看,店員也沒介紹) 要試聞還會一直問你喜歡什麼味道,我得先聞才知道我喜歡什麼味道吧?一直問抽象的問題,就是沒使用過你們家產品才來試聞,店員看你說不出來,態度也冷淡,不詳細介紹產品的味道!!!不好的門市體驗?‍? 即便我想買也不會去門市買 建議直接介紹所有你們家的香水味道,讓客人選,或推薦自己喜歡的味道,而不是一直丟問題問客人,不可能永遠都喜歡同一種香調的味道吧?為何一定要回答? 之後到誠品南西Aesop的店員比較和藹,香水有磁石試聞,把每個都聞一遍,也不用看店員的臉色?

十分差勁的服務體驗,服務人員說詞前後不一 連想試用都非常小氣,完全感受不到品牌價值 印象很深刻的是Aesop在社群上多麽好的印象,品牌買了很多書只為宣傳LGBTQ概念,很敬佩品牌有這樣的態度與願景 也懷抱著這樣的期待和朋友進入Aesop,想買瓶香水或護手霜 沒想到卻是整個形象大崩壞的開始 一入店被一位男性服務人員帶到角落,告知品牌為一對一服務,只能等待、先看看價錢 等了大概五分鐘被一位比較矮、戴兒童口罩的女性服務人員接待,告知想聞聞看護手霜的味道,卻都擠超小一顆(跟米粒差不多大小)當下想說是要聞啥 後來帶我們去看了香水,説想要比較花香的味道,直接說我們店沒有?? 然後也不給我們聞聞看其他味道,要一個一個指著瓶子請這位服務人員給我們聞聞看,也要要求他才能試噴,不然就只開個蓋子給我們聞聞味道 香水不就是要噴出來才能感受到味道的變化嗎?只聞蓋子哪準呢? 最後是有聞到一罐不錯的,想記下產品名,再感受一下香水的味道再決定要不要購買,這時這位服務人員就很有防備心的不再繼續介紹,叫我們自己看就好 如果可以自己看當初幹嘛強調要一對一服務呢??? 總而言之這次遇到的經驗,看了大家的評論發現並不是單一狀況,很多顧客也有遇到服務人員態度不良好的體驗 希望品牌能更重視這樣的情況,不要花了大錢在找KOL業配、辦活動,宣傳自己有多好,卻連最基本的服務人員都訓練不好,損失了好多客人又帶來很差勁的服務體驗
