我是香水愛好者,幾乎已經到了迷戀的地步 以下是我去8/18 18:40左右時的經驗: 我進門就表達我要聞香水(我知道香水不是你們本業,你以為男生不愛保養嗎?你們澳洲品牌的要當地買才便宜,我拿過長榮商務艙aesop旅行簡易包) 店員:有偏好什麼嗎?我們都是木質調 我:喜歡有果香味 店員:怎麼知道我們的香水 我:我喜歡收集香水,查youtube知道的 店員給我試了兩款,第一個悟香水,老款 第二款忘了,試完之後她沒有要讓我試其他味道的意思,我就質問你們aesop都只給試兩三款嗎? 店員:人都有嗅覺疲勞 我:你知道潘海利根有多少香水嗎?光獸首就有18支,如果我去台北聞每次給我聞三根我要如何買香水,更何況我家不住巨城,來你們這裡還要被限制。(我還剛從真的並列隔壁櫃Jo malone過來,要聞果醬系列,但這點我沒說) 店員:那你要試全部七支味道嗎? 我:不用了 (無法detail描述全部過程及語氣,你可以接受去買香水只能聞三支的概念嗎?我告訴你,我完全無法接受,甚至想罵人) 整體感覺很差,沒有賣香水的專業度,他已經被嗅覺疲勞這知識給框限住,而沒有順著消費者的想法走,應該說整體推銷技能不夠,其實呼應我第一句話,你們應該很少遇到是男生還是要聞香水的,而不是試其他產品,身為一個買香水的人,一定要侷限在我只喜歡果香味嗎?那只是偏好,但有可能具備花香味,木質味跳脫我原本的框架和想像,前中後味融合的非常好,而想買呢? 第二,微解封後有客人來就應該好好介紹熱情一點吧,多久沒有跟客人講話了,好的銷售員是希望把自家全部的商品都推銷出去吧? 跟其他人觀點一樣,員工訓練要再加強,不然新竹櫃可以收了,反正台北很近競爭激烈啊,周年慶也不會想到妳巨城,給你一個youtube洗刷潘海利根爛銷售經驗,櫃姊到底跩不跩,作者是“阿貝很全能”,我都想去體驗看看了。

態度 積極度差到不行 一開始站門口先是不開口詢問需要什麼產品,都是等顧客先開口才介紹,介紹途中一直反覆強調價格,好像瞧不起人覺得我們買不起一樣,購買體驗很差勁 到店時間是3/26 1700左右,櫃上是兩名櫃哥及一名櫃姐,穿皮外套的櫃哥態度真的一副瞧不起人的樣子,一輩子不會在踏進新竹的Aesop了。
