可現場提供損毀硬碟更換 對於特殊規格的硬碟 在應用上比較不容易出現使用斷層 (過去前一定要先行電話聯絡確定是否有備品硬碟可替換不然可能也是白跑) PS Google地圖的標示有誤差

非常擺爛的客服中心,因華擎主機板故障,擔心送修寄送來回時間會比較長,因此8/24日專程把主機板送到貴公司服務櫃台,8/25去電客服詢問維修進度,客服小姐回復,目前無法更換良品,要送回原廠,我很客氣地回復那請竟快幫我處理喔,8/30日接到貴公司客服來電,說今天才收到我的主機板想詢問我資料要建檔,所以我的主機板放在貴公司櫃台6天都不處理嗎? 客服小姐還跟我說可以更換良品,只是剛好沒貨,那8/25我打電過去問怎麼說不行,8/30號客服承諾當天會來電告知處理後續狀況,一整天過去了到8/31日都沒任何回覆,非常惡劣的客服中心,如果沒意願處理維修問題是否直接關閉客服送修服務,別浪費大家的時間,官方網站還註明維修還件3-5天,根本是在寫開心的

There is no reply every day, the very bad customer service center, if you are not willing to deal with the maintenance problem, do you directly close the customer service and send for repair service, don't waste everyone's time, the official website also states that the repair is 3-5 days, which is basically happy
