★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun if you're into abandoned places. You can enter, but not much to look at, maybe just a 10-15 minute stop. Easy to walk to from the boardwalk and both offer good Instagram shots. Would be best for graffiti artists.

It was the US-factory for making yacht in 1960. Before 1960 it was a wharfs.
It attracts the public because one of the famous America actors were here for making the video for “Call of Duty Online”. The actor is Chris Evans, most known him are from the movie American Captain.

It was a coal mine storage in 1919.
In 1936, it turned to a very important spot for mine business in the old days, after the WW2, the government took it over from a Japanese mine company, then an American shipyard rent this place from the government from 1966 to 1987. It had ruined till Chris Evans filmed a commercial there in 2014.
Now, it’s a historic building since 2016.
