2. 某櫃姐（應該是店長）換貨服務很糟糕，不會主動推薦商品，幫我拿完商品後還在滑手機，態度極差，我以為來到了夜市買項鍊?
Agete項鍊要說貴也沒有到很貴，要說便宜也沒有到很便宜，櫃姐態度這麼跩，員工訓練真的要加強
統一阪急人流量很多，這分店基本上不缺業績?如果想要好的服務，可以換別家分店?

改戒圍要回來領戒指時，沒有帶到改戒圍的單據、帶到購買的明細，櫃姐也沒有問清楚，自己找很久找不到，態度很差的說你一月買的現在我們這邊怎麼可能還有你的戒指，我說因為我有改戒圍，她皺眉頭說改戒圍不是這張，後來旁邊的同事來幫忙，我才拿到我的戒指，原本的櫃姐就回去滑她的手機，很不愉快的經驗。
The service attitude is poor, the money is angry, and I will never come to this store again.
When I came back to pick up the ring, I didn't bring the receipt and purchase details with me. The counter lady didn't ask clearly. I couldn't find it by myself. I couldn't find it for a long time. How could you still have your ring here? I said it was because I had a ring change. She frowned and said that the change was not this one. Later, a colleague next to me came to help me and I got my ring. Go back and swipe her phone, very unpleasant experience.
