★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place in Taipei for cigars. Has a wide range of cigars for selection. Awesome atmosphere and a great place to chill with friends. Would definitely come here often. Service here is also impeccable! The coffee and lemonade here is to die for!! Love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. Wide range of reasonably priced cigars - Cubans and other nationalities. No entry fee. Nice selection of Whisky and other drinks. Atmosphere is on point. Staff are friendly and offer good service. Good ventilation. Highly recommend this to any cigar enthusiast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This beautiful place is nice! Very relaxed, classic looking cigar bar. This place has a fantastic and very diverse choice of cigars. Their liquor menu is just as varied and they make a fantastic mixed drink. Service was impeccable. Relaxing here is a good way to spend any night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well deserved 5 stars. Wide selection of Cuban and Nicaraguan Cigars. Decent selection of whiskey as well. Relaxed vibe. Comfortable lounge chairs. Good ventilation. Prices were reasonable. What more can you ask for? One of the gems we found in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good vibes and great selection of drinks and cigars. Staff is a little cold though lol, but they will give you anything you ask. I would come back here again to have a Cuban cigar and almond tea and the lemon juice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy settings for cigar puffing. I frequent most cigar lounges in Taipei and AR stands out among the others. Cigar Emperior has wider and brighter amenities but those attendents are impolite. I never like CG. AR is more tailored to my puffing settings which feel like those in HK. Also its cigar selection has been improved but still has room to improve. AR attendents are more polite and sweet.
