However only upon cash payment for a tea did the counter staff explain sheepishly that there was a minimum spend of 2 drinks and a cake to qualify for a seat for 2 people. No sign displayed regarding that. Cafe is half filled. Taiwanese customers with only 1 or 2 drinks were seating around. There was even an old man sleeping at a table, in front of the counter.
