★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice area to walk and cycle, pathways well maintained and not to busy with passing pedestrians or cyclists. If you cycle go anti-clockwise as there are a few inclines which are easier to manage in that direction.Don’t go by car or bus, take a city bike from Ciaotou MRT adding an extra 10km each way ( there are also bike stations at the reservoir). Plenty of picnic areas around the reservoir to stop and refresh, very well maintained bathrooms with soap and water! Ideal for photo opportunities and the peaceful noises of nature, birds and butterflies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reservoir is not particularly pretty. There is a bridge that looks like Golden Gate Bridge and hundreds of solar panel floating on part of the reservoir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it took me 1hr walking inside the bridge it makes me feel blessed and happy the scenery is breath taking it’s good for my cardio to walk in many trees the fresh air and the lake and at the end you see a beautiful long bridge.. love it
