剛踏入店,洗髮,護髮時 對於體驗都是很滿意的 甚至本來想長期來洗護 必須說“一號設計師”所稱的學徒 洗得超好超舒服也很專業 原本有跟設計師溝通好要剪的樣子 一號設計師表示理解達成共識 後來卻因為覺得我剪另一個髮型不錯 直接擅自剪成那樣!!! 那我前面找一堆圖給你看幹嘛? 會不會太誇張!!!!! 連討論都沒有!!!!! 重點是剪超醜! 根本四不像! 後來提出對髮型不滿意 1號設計師卻說她覺得剪得不錯... 我想釐清到底為何擅自更動設計方向 到底是溝通上哪裡不清楚出問題? 但一直都沒正視我的問題 只說帶給我不好的體驗很抱歉... 訊息詢問這樣的髮型如何整理改善 也只告訴我 :姐姐找個時間來,我給你小髮捲 這位“妹妹”! 需要髮捲我可以去購買! 重點是需要妳“專業”上告訴我怎麼整理! 我真的很難相信這是設計師? 無論是技術還是整理建議 毫無專業可言 此次體驗對於該設計師一顆星都不想給 真的不用一直要攀談阿諛有的沒的 好好做好討論內該給予的服務就好! 不會一竿子說整家店不好 但請深思避開雷號設計師!
