★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我認識老闆十年之久，來找他理髮的技術上都還算不錯且很細心修剪，價錢方面還算合理、平價，尤其在洗頭髮上面讓人家感覺很舒服，比外面沙龍級的服務還周到，所以我非常推薦這間理髮店！至於有些人喜歡沒頭沒尾地批評老闆的技術，我不予置評！
I have known the boss for ten years, and I came to him for a haircut with good technique and careful trimming. The price is reasonable and affordable, especially when it comes to washing hair, it makes people feel very comfortable, which is better than the salon-level service outside. Thoughtful, so I highly recommend this barbershop! As for some people who like to criticize the boss's skills without end, I will not comment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Cheng is serious about his craft. He communicates clearly (in Mandarin and Taiwanese) with customers what they want, and meticulously executes the plan. When customers rely on his experience and sense of aesthetics to come up with a plan, he offers his suggestion. If you're looking for a hair stylist who knows what s/he is doing, he is your man. If you'd like to get your hair cut in a modern looking barber/beauty shop, this one probably won't meet your minimum requirements. Given how little he charges, I think it's fair not to be critical about the interior design of this place.
I have no idea if you can't speak Mandarin or Taiwanese how well you can communicate with him. He did say, though, he had had Western customers. Making an appointment is highly recommended lest a long wait.
