He helped narrow down the choices that fit our needs and notified us with the latest promotions when available. It’s a pleasant shopping experience and now look forward to my new sofas.

When we step into the shop, one of the clerk was, at the entrance, explaining some protocols with a customer (it sounds like customer’s complaining); we were standing at the side of the shop, where we hope someone can assist us. That clerk didn’t bother to ask his colleague to check us out, & two other people were sitting at the table looking at their phone and notebook. Waited more than 10-15min, the 3rd group of customer step in, then the second clerk only walk up to us. “Ended up if we have no pre-book appointment with them, we are not allow to checkout their goods; we do understand it.” The problem If that moment, we stepped into the shop, they can be more proactively to let us know. We would leave the place 10-15min ago & make a nee appointment with them. Too Bad… this is not the case.

Free return 7-14 days with any reasons , u can try it literally at home and return if u feel pick sth wrong. 超讚. Remember to make an appointment before visit.
