★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my favorite hairdresser, but recently so many times they make me wait for 30-45mins despite making a reservation, they don't even tell me in advance or when I arrive. I just have to wait and wait and wait. My hair cut takes maybe 20mins, but i end up staying there more than an hour.
They don't even explain or apologize in advance just leave you there waiting like an idiot, so I will never go there again.
