雖然湯頭顏色深，但比較類似清燉
不鹹也很耐喝
牛肉其實應該是小菜上面的牛腱？
是滷過很香的味道
推薦應該點牛肉湯拉麵+牛腱
這樣牛腱的味道才不會變淡
小菜份量也很多，很便宜

這家牛肉麵早上八點就開了，在冬天的早晨來上一碗真的會讓人打從身體溫暖起來。
以$60的價格在台北可以吃到一碗牛肉麵，而且品質還不錯真的是非常難得。即便店家的牛肉是肉片，我依然會再訪。
湯頭有濃郁的藥材香味，蔬菜也給的不手軟。
小菜也不錯。
老闆娘也非常親切。
I have beef noodles for breakfast in Lanzhou, China. In fact, you can do it in Taipei.
This beef noodle restaurant opens at 8 o'clock in the morning, and a bowl of it in the winter morning will really warm people up.
You can get a bowl of beef noodles in Taipei for $60, and the quality is pretty good. It's really rare. Even if the beef in the store is sliced meat, I will still visit again.
The soup has a strong aroma of medicinal materials, and the vegetables are not soft.
The side dishes are also good.

1. 超值，大碗75元份量有點多，點小碗60元就夠吃了
2. 中規中矩，清淡湯頭
3. 麵條不軟爛，口感還算不錯，有拉麵及陽春麵 2種麵條可選
To sum up the feeling after eating:
1. Great value, 75 yuan for a large bowl is a bit too much, and 60 yuan for a small bowl is enough to eat
2. Moderate, light soup
3. The noodles are not soft and the taste is not bad. There are 2 kinds of noodles: Ramen and Yangchun noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good beef noodles in the market & it's very cheap (60ntd). Try the small portion first (i think it's big enough to make me feel full). They can also make semi dry beef noodles if you don't like soup, and the side dishes were also good
