老闆是女的，此外店裡還有三四個人，講話聲音很大，感覺就是抽煙檳榔樣樣來，又好像在打牌，我急著修理鞋子，沒有看得很仔細，店面小小的，不大，滿是鞋子，環境不優，也許有人會認為修理鞋子的店不應該要求太多，我同意，但是這一家店給我的感覺真的很不好，我不喜歡，也許你有不同的看法，我喜歡你的不同看法。
