中興製茶廠開創於民國72年（西元1983年)， 從民國70年開始實際參與茶葉生產製造三十餘年以及農業改良場相關課程，因而累積對茶的知識及豐富經驗，並將其技術傳承於下一代接手經營茶園管理，茶葉採收，茶葉精製，到茶葉烘焙，茶葉銷售等事宜。由於茶廠逐漸老舊、技術不斷創新、茶量倍增。 於民國97年（西元2008年）新建立中興製茶廠，茶廠外四面山巒連綿，空氣清新，孕育出獨特的台灣高山靈氣，專業生產製造阿里山珠露-高山茶。 茶園位於阿里山山脈海拔高度約1300－1500公尺的高山上。茶樹因終年雲霧環繞，雲霧籠罩導致早晚溫差甚大、水氣飽滿、氣溫低冷，珠露滋潤，因此茶香味獨到特殊，香氣四溢入口甘香。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase one packet only and after that top up another one more. But the owner have sealed up the packet that he let use taste. Then he just took one packet from his shelve and say its the same. I say pic not the same. But he insist.
Came back to country and brew and compare with another packet. Its not the same.
Its a scam boss. Avoid them. I hate ppl cheating me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in the late evening after dinner to visit the factory and the owner was kind enough to bring us through the various types of oolong tea.
They carry the clear leaf and sun dried leaf variety, and they do provide on the spot demonstration and tea tasting.
Overall a good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the language issues, owners went out of their way to explain their tea tasting and the visit of their factory. Definitively worth a stop on the way to/from Alishan. Don't forget to buy some tea!
