Best Chinese noodle restaurant in Taiwan

T	Tak Kei Lui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered beef noodle soup and boiled mountain veggie. The beef is a bit tough but otherwise the noodle is great! There aren’t many choices in the national park area. This is the place to go if you want to keep it simple.
H	Ho Emma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the thin noodle is so nice, beef is so tender . egg plus tofu plus seaweed on the same dish so can eat a variety of food. dumplings are very delicious too (ask them not to add the sweet soy sauce is better )
S	Spaghetti Ravioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious home-cooked food at reasonable prices. The owner is very friendly and although not fluent in english the menu is in english. Recommended is the beef noodles at 120 TWD
Y	Yu Sheng Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious beef noodles! NT120 for a bowl, the soup is well seasoned (though a bit too spicy for someone who doesn’t take spicy food). The lady shopkeeper gave us a bowl of clear soup to dilute the spiciness of the soup, but we didn’t want to dilute its taste so we endured it. The beef is a little on the tough side, but overall it’s a good bowl of beef noodles. So much better than the food it’s neighbour store is selling.

The beef soup is sweet and the beef is hard like stone, it is disgusting. The dumplings are too soft. The best of all is vegetable because it is only steamed.

Recommended for tourist who wants to eat warm noodle soup in cold weather. The shop close quite early around 7pm if I'm not wrong during winter. 1

The soup is really nice, but be warned that it is spicy, so if you can’t eat spicy food (like me) you’d have to request a non-spicy version of the noodles. Compared to the alternative food options here, the beef noodles are tasty and budget friendly (NT$120 for a bowl), and it’s great to eat on a cold night too. The beef was a bit tough though and was why I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars. Everything else was great ?

Their homemade beef noodle and other dishes can be a good pick to avoid set menus that are too much for your appetite and pocket. They may not be the best beef noodle in the market, but it is the flavor that I grew up with. You don't have to agree with my taste and style. To me, they provide the simplest food that warms my stomach as well as the memory that touches my heart.
