一直以來都在這邊看診,每次的等待都覺得是值得,中途遇過醫生診療處理後需要轉診至其他院所,有提供補償方案,但相對我們卻先付一筆費用,所以還是回到這邊來看診,但後期每次櫃檯小姐辛苦的幫忙安排預約,到現場卻不是照著時間的安排,還沒看診時間醫生卻已安插病患,我們提早到卻不知,這不是等待的問題,是不被尊重的感覺,已經不止一次,會讓我們感受很不好,這樣讓辛苦的櫃檯小姐安排的時間更不被尊重,當初是期待的心情來的,現在卻是很失望的離開,已經等幾個月來回診,結果是這樣被對待,若都能安插在看診時間前,那我們等了這麼久回診,照著時間前來是為什麼?今天會覺得不被尊重取消離開,因為看到前面安插不止一位,查看簡訊通知安排時間為最早一位,符合看診時間,結果現場是這樣,既然醫生能安插,那為什麼還要被通知我們是最早一位?這邏輯真的很奇怪,預約制度不是該遵守嗎?安插的規定是在什麼前提?給櫃檯辛苦的人員,辛苦您們的安排,為難您們盡心排程

想了很久,還是決定留個記錄。 如果正在爬評論的你也像我一樣,喜歡先做足功課再動身、或者是害怕評論是不是洗出來的、更甚至為什麼還是會有負評等等,這一篇或許有些落落長,但提供給猶豫要不要來看的你作為參考,希望有幫助。 —————————— 於初診前翻了不少評論,預約了最多人提到的卓醫師,實際看診感受也相當良好。 因多年前在別處拔過一顆智齒,本來應該要再拔它上方的智齒(因沒有牙齒能跟它咬合了),後來因故拖到近期才來重新看牙;而初診洗牙完卓醫師也建議把那顆也拔掉,以及還有其他牙齒補牙有掉落等等的問題,約了下一次看診處理,但我的好心情也就到這。 第二次拔牙看診是另一位醫師,當時並不曉得為何會更換醫師,但只要能得到妥善治療即可,醫師換人我其實並不介意,直到該醫師劈頭就問我今天來是有什麼問題。 一般來說療程進行到哪、下一次預計做什麼應該有紀錄才是,但該醫師好像完全不知道,我只好自己提一遍上次卓醫師的建議。而過程中其實多少有感覺對方似乎有些質疑,畢竟是由患者自己敘述,變成我所提的事項好像變成是患者個人意見一樣,該醫師也就一副「你都提了那我就照做」的態度。 總之撇除這前面有點糟糕的感受,後續拔牙還算順利結束。 然而拔牙後的回診才是最關鍵的。 回診依然是該位醫師,他簡易的問了後來回去還好嗎,在我回覆說還好之後,也不管我講到一半後續還有其他疑問,直接打斷我說要檢查傷口,看了看後就沖洗一下,說那就以後定期檢查。整個過程大概1 2分鐘不到,直接讓我去跟櫃台約半年洗牙。 還記得初診時卓醫師說了什麼嗎? 明明除了拔牙還有其他問題需要處理治療,更別說這並不是藏在需要仔細檢查才會發現的地方,而是非常明顯的前排牙齒,張口就看得見,該醫師卻完全視而不見,是打算讓我過半年牙齒更爛了再來處理嗎? 「消極治療的態度」是我不想再來看診的最大主因。 而該醫師就是 官文雄 醫師。 我「並不要求」醫師必須要跟患者聊天、混熟、講話有多風趣、態度又多親切;從頭到尾我只是多年沒看牙醫,「需要做好檢查與治療」而已。 可能官醫師不想做基礎治療這種不賺錢的事情吧。 這整趟下來的體驗,讓我對於尋求治療這件事有些遲疑與抗拒;並非我害怕看牙醫,而是對於醫師是否有心幫患者治療感到不信任,每一次重新尋找都可能再次碰到這樣糟糕的體驗。 —————————— 最後給了三顆星,是給細心的 卓賦 醫師、牙助及櫃檯? 卓醫師很風趣親切,對於一直以來非必要不太會跟人閒聊的我來說,是相當新鮮與意外的,畢竟醫療並非服務業,患者來是為了尋求專業,但仍然感謝他友善的態度,能明白為何許多人推薦這位醫師。 可惜卓醫師目前聽聞是出國了,要到四月才會回國,若能給卓醫師做這一連串治療,我想現在也不用苦惱該去哪找到一家可信任的院所了XD —————————— 更新一下。 我並不認為這是溝通上的誤解,而是官醫師從一開始就不太在乎患者,一直都不是很積極去了解患者是否有其他狀況(甚至是在非常明顯的地方),都是抱持著患者提出要做什麼、就做什麼。 在第三次回診看傷口完,感覺被敷衍、草草帶過讓你趕快離開,當時櫃檯依照官醫師的指示,所謂「那就以後定期檢查」而跟我約半年後洗牙時,我有提出之前卓醫師洗牙有提到還有補牙掉落跟蛀牙要處理,才變成約定再做治療,但後來我感受實在不好也已失去信任,便取消了。 我認為既然一直以來即便多數為好評,但仍能不時看到一些負評,或許有些人事物一直以來都是那樣,不是輕易說改善就能改善的,我想負責處理這些的醫療管理部人員應該心裡多少也明白。(你們也辛苦了) 這間診所大家還是可以去看,只是建議大家慎選醫師。 (其他我沒碰過的醫師就抱歉了,只能針對遇到的兩位做評論?)
