我原本是個不折不扣的泡芙兒，
因為擔心肌肉量不足影響晚年生活，
而開始上教練課。
Ada不僅有重訓專業，
也懂物理治療相關知能。
所以完全不用擔心會受傷，
課程間她很懂鼓勵和誘導你把動作做完。
除了長肌肉也會長信心喔！

一開始真的很緊張?，不清楚怎麼使用器材也不知道什麼樣的運動對自己才幫助，從3月初開始到全日運動詢問時，他們都很熱心的協助我瞭解自己的需求，尤其是亮亮光頭哥哥?幫我安排Jessie帶我做器材，之後我認為剛踏入健身界真的需要上幾堂課讓自己快速進入狀況！
真的大推Jessie ?✨指導學生既細心又有趣！完全沒有壓力瞬間變好朋友那種～時不時都會關心學生狀況！超nice❤️指導的動作和方式都很精準又確實，讓我變超級辣妹??
身為剛加入健身房的小女子來說
?全日運動24小時超方便！無壓力
?運動環境簡單，民眾都很有禮貌
?超多有趣團課和活動可以參加！
?教練和工作人員很細心又好相處
?整體來說來這裡運動真的很舒服～
