★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午時間經過小巷咖啡幾次，裡面幾乎都坐滿了人，男性上班族休息時間，大概是午餐過後休憩，聊天的地方。這一帶是咖啡店的一級戰區，但似乎每家都有特殊的族群光顧。
今早八點多經過，居然座位區（沒幾個座位）都坐滿了客人，就覺得這家店應該經營的不錯，不只是賣咖啡，櫃檯旁的小桌上擺了不少的三明治，櫃檯後面有三位工作人員，看來像是家人。
經營餐飲零售，經營者是年長者也沒關係，但可不能穿著邋遢，不好老態龍鍾，愁容滿面，或者面無表情的。這家小店經營的成功。
At noon, I passed the coffee in the alley several times, and almost all of them were filled with people. The male office workers took a break, probably after lunch and chatting. This area is the first-class theater of coffee shops, but it seems that each family has a special ethnic group.
At 8 o'clock this morning, the seating area (not a few seats) was filled with guests. I thought that this store should be operating well, not just selling coffee. There were a lot of sandwiches on the small table next to the counter. There are three staff members behind the counter, which looks like family members.
It is okay to run a restaurant and retail business. It is okay for the operator to be an elderly person, but you can’t wear it. It’s not good old-fashioned, full of face, or expressionless. The success of this small store operation.
