老闆夫妻倆非常熱情,此次住宿感覺很棒,大推?,房間整潔新穎,老闆娘也介紹很多私房美食跟景點,已預定好6月花火節閉幕的行程,期待下回在民宿老闆自家船上看煙火烤肉!

從頭到尾都很誇張的一間民宿,不給差評我對不起自己。 1.從訂房後就難以聯絡到人,問一個問題,都要等個兩週才得到答案,加賴問都回我:「要跟老闆娘確認耶!」,內部溝通都沒做好,問個問題都得不到答案,真的傻眼! 2.最誇張的來了,我們出發「前一天」才通知我們「有客人硬要包棟,希望我們換去另一棟新開的,離市區有點距離。」我們也來不及訂其他家民宿,要了幾張照片後,看起來還算乾淨,會退2000給我們,也就只好答應了。 3.新開的民宿,在巷弄裡面繞來繞去的很難找,只提供我們一個巷子內的大地標,不給正確的地址,讓我們第一天晚上找不到回去的路,非常困擾。 4.第一天租機車,後兩天租汽車,本來講好第二天早上他們派人開車到民宿這邊讓我們換車,雖然很感謝他們改成第一天晚上在我們看完煙火後就讓我們換車,但是把鑰匙插在車上,完全沒有現場教學是怎麼回事?我雖然有駕照會開車有上路過,但是我對你家車子不熟悉,完全沒有人教要客人自己想辦法開回去,我也是第一次遇到(以前租車兩次過,都會有人教按鈕開關在哪裡,協助熟悉車子) 5.原本房費有附兩天的早餐,我們第一天下樓發現沒有早餐,但是因為趕行程所以就先出門了,想說等看看第二天早上有沒有早餐,結果第二天早上仍然沒有!我們發訊息問老闆娘,得到超瞎回覆:「早餐店找不到民宿在哪裡,所以就沒有送了。」哈囉!早餐店找不到路怪我嘍?這是你們民宿業者要想辦法吧?看要找另一家送還是自己送過來,或是好歹也先通知我們一聲看是要退費還是怎樣,竟然找了這麽瞎的理由,還要我們主動問才說要退費(後來一人退100) 總結:服務不周的部分都用退錢解決,雖然這是一個方法沒錯,但是還是讓人不太愉快。我們1月就已經訂好房間,卻在入住前一天說有客人要包棟,那我們到底當初為什麼要這麼認真、努力的預定房間?我們早早就用訂房網搶到房間,結果最後卻不能住?八成是忘記我們這組客人所以不小心讓別的客人包棟,前一天突然發現有我們這組客人才臨時通知的吧?還是太想賺錢所以讓包棟客人優先入住? 沒有要包棟的客人小心這家!!不推!實在是被氣到,玩回來了還是覺得很不高興,到底憑什麼在前一天要求我們換地方住???

Why did we book the room so seriously and hard in the first place? We used the reservation network to grab the room early, but we couldn't live in the end? 80% of them have forgotten our group of guests and accidentally let other guests rent out the building. 看越來越多人的負評, 剛好有空來跟大家細說我們的經驗, 希望不要再有其他人遇到^_^ 我們是去年暑假花火節那時候去的, 現在想到那時候的總總還是覺得很傻眼。 1.我們三天的套裝行程安排、時間等等,前兩個月跟闆娘溝通的途中就全部都確認完畢了。當天一到民宿闆娘說先最後check行程&付款,我們當然也很樂意,結果討論的過程闆娘那邊所記錄我們的行程&時間全都是錯的,還是我一一核對才更改成正確的,這些都是在行前line上就都確認過的東西,如果錯一兩個就算了,畢竟百密總有一疏,但幾乎全錯,真的很不用心的感覺。 2.同上,也是當天確認行程&付款的時候,闆娘才跟我們告知說,夜釣小管幫我們換成煙火船,我們當場傻眼???撇除掉我們真的很期待夜釣這主觀的因素,客觀來說難道這不應該先過問我們嗎?(我們原本訂的行程就是夜釣小管,去之前line上的確認也都沒問題,闆娘完全沒提及到任何夜釣有可能會取消的字眼。)我問說原因,還有為何沒有先跟我們告知,闆娘說,因為她當初幫我們訂的時候就是候補,「她以為」排得到我們,所以就沒有跟我們講,直到我們到的當天確定排不到我們,才跟我們說,然後表示願意一人退$100。(因為煙火船本來就便宜$100^_^)我們真的完完全全傻眼!到底什麼處理流程完全搞不懂。 3.我們是訂兩間房間,一間四人一間雙人,下午入房稍微休息後,我朋友就跟我說他們四人那間很多螞蟻、小蟲,但找不到從哪裡來的,因為也完全都還沒在房間吃東西,然後他們皮膚也開始紅癢,最後受不了請闆娘來換床單、稍微掃拖才解決。 4.我們雙人房的浴室乾濕分離,門根本是做假的^_^完全合不起來,還要用腳抵著,洗澡個超克難,跟闆娘反應,闆娘自己也覺得很不可思議,我也拍了影片&照片回傳,闆娘說好,晚點來看看。結果呢?一等就等到半夜,然後就沒有然後了:) 5.房間浴室備品是我住過中給的最少的,而且印象中還有少給,兩個人完全不夠用,只好再次向闆娘求助,於是乎闆娘請我們下去儲藏間拿。 6.最扯的來了,最後一天民宿下午要接送我們到機場(早就事先說好並確認好時間,也有跟民宿說我們的航班時刻)我們當天提早到民宿等,想說從容一點,不要太趕,過程中也都有傳訊息跟民宿告知我們已經到了,請他們在約好的時間到就可以了沒關係,再麻煩他們。結果呢?約好的時間到了,民宿還不見蹤影,傳訊息也都超久才回,會delay也完全沒有事先告知,闆娘說了好幾次他們在趕了、在路上了、快到了諸如此類的話,原來快到了是半個多-一小時^_^最後民宿人員(闆娘不在)終於到了,一句抱歉、不好意思都沒有!全程飆車我們才慶幸趕上飛機^_^闆娘甚至在人員到之後,也完全沒有傳任何抱歉的訊息,或關心我們是否有趕上飛機。 以上,給大家參考,真心認為給一顆星都嫌多,相信大家看完這些評價心裡也有數,真的不要拿石頭砸自己的腳,出去玩還把自己搞這麼累,這還真是出去玩這麼多次以來最印象深刻的一次呢^_^

(We originally booked the itinerary for night fishing, and the confirmation on the line before going there was no problem. Ban Niang did not mention any words that night fishing might be cancelled.) I asked the reason, and why did not first Tell us, Ban Niang said that because she was a standby when she helped us to book, "she thought" we could be arranged, so she didn't tell us, until the day we arrived, it was confirmed that we could not be arranged, so she told us. It is not enough for two people, so I have to ask Ban Niang for help again, so Ban Niang asked us to go to the storage room to get it. 6. Here comes the most ridiculous thing. On the last day, the homestay will pick us up to the airport in the afternoon (already agreed and confirmed the time in advance, and also told the homestay about our flight time). We arrived at the homestay early that day. It’s too hurry. There were also messages to the homestay in the process to inform us that we had arrived. Ask them to arrive at the appointed time. The results of it? The appointment time is up, the homestay has not been seen, and the messages are sent back for a long time, and the meeting is delayed without prior notice. Banniang said several times that they were in a hurry, on the road, and almost arrived. It turned out to be fast. It was more than half an hour when it arrived ^_^Finally, the hotel staff (banniang was not there) finally arrived, no words of sorry or embarrassment! We were fortunate to catch the plane during the whole race^_^Banniang did not send any sorry messages or care about whether we had caught up with the plane even after the staff arrived.
