★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初年輕不懂事，選擇投安聯人壽.. 這幾年下來真是折磨人，電話永遠不會通，打10次是基本起跳
變更任何資料要等紙本寄來手寫更改再寄回，來回2個星期以上，寄出後又再等2-3星期後才會收到簡訊通知，若未變更成功，又要再次進線客服(打10次是基本起跳)，然後再等客服重新寄紙本來讓你手寫更改寄回。。
生命就這樣一直浪費在這些沒有人性化的作業流程，
我頭洗了只能認命等待滿期，但我逢人就勸退他們千萬不要選擇這種壽險公司，其它不說，光打電話就飽了

Any changes to the information must be sent by hand after paper changes, and then sent back. It will take more than 2 weeks to return. After the mail is sent, wait for 2-3 weeks before receiving the SMS notification. (10 times is the basic take-off), and then wait for the customer service to re-send the paper to allow you to hand-write changes back. .
Life has been wasted in these unhumanized processes,
I washed my head and waited for the expiry date, but I advised them to refrain from choosing this kind of life insurance company when everyone was there.
