今日住漢來飯店時,晚上去了allsaints逛逛,當時是一位看起來資深的櫃姐,櫃姐態度高傲且勢利眼,一直蠻喜歡他們家的商品,正櫃和outlet都買過,也知道他們家的鞋子大部分是靴子。那時只是想詢問有沒有涼鞋或跟鞋,如果沒有的話,之後會不會有,因為曾經有看過出這種款式的商品。 櫃姐卻表示他們家只出靴子,早就沒有跟鞋了,當時散發出來的感覺是,覺得我不了解他們家的商品而隨便問,甚至問我身上allsaints的衣服是正櫃買的還是outlet?(覺得莫名,這跟我問的問題有關係?) 如果態度溫和還不會讓人覺得感受差,但當時那個態度⋯⋯ 只能說顧客體驗蠻差的,原以為自己想太多,離開後同行友人也說櫃姐的態度很不好 有一種打量客人和瞧不起人的感覺,讓人覺得不被尊重 我以為顧客服務應該是不挑客人,每個客人都是潛在顧客 坦白說我還是喜歡這個品牌,但絕對不會想去漢神的allsaints消費,接觸不過幾分鐘,讓人感受極差

There is a feeling of looking down on guests and looking down on people, making people feel disrespected I thought customer service should be about not picking customers, every customer is a potential customer Frankly speaking, I still like this brand, but I definitely don’t want to go to Hanshin’s allsaints for consumption. It only takes a few minutes to contact me, which makes people feel extremely bad.
