貼	貼郭 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 等待區環境髒亂不時會看到蟑螂出沒椅子上水漬髒污沒有清理櫃檯人員態度不佳以外對於行車路線一問三不知最重要的是票還給錯日期員工教育明顯不足 The waiting area is dirty I see cockroaches from time to time The water stains on the chair were not cleaned up Poor attitude of the counter staff Ask three questions about driving directions The most important thing is that the ticket was returned on the wrong date Staff education is obviously insufficient
A	Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃臺的服務態度尚可，但做事效率太差，去便利商店取票還比較快！ The service attitude of the counter is acceptable, but the work efficiency is too poor. It is relatively quick to go to the convenience store to collect the tickets!
C	ChunYen Hsieh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能連假太忙，櫃檯服務超爛，已有票只是要報到不先幫忙畫票一直跳針叫人刷條碼消毒，我都刷好消毒好妳是怎樣，要不要乾脆去衛生局上班，車來了也跳過台北直接報林口以下，還要親自問才說台北要上車，站長也縱容，可以加強教育訓練，服務不是這樣做的，也不會主動問要不要放行李，跟在台北站的站務人員親切有禮差超多 Maybe even the holidays are too busy, the counter service is super bad, I just have to check in and don’t help draw the ticket first. I keep skipping the stitches and asking people to scan the barcode for disinfection. When I came, I skipped Taipei and reported directly below Linkou. I had to ask in person to say that Taipei is going to get on the bus. The station master also indulges. Education and training can be strengthened. The service is not done in this way, and I will not ask if I want to put my luggage and follow Taipei. The staff at the station are kind and courteous.

J	JRM Doremi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice and comfortable bus, the best in Taiwan. You should take it to Taipei and y can sleep overnight on it. Cheap and has a phone charger place on your seat. Has toilet on the bus too, very new and mordern ?. Always go with this bus whenever I need a night ride from Kaohsiung to Taipei. 4.5 hours in general, student has discount too. Has two types, big and small. Big is a bit more expensive, but has table, screen, with bigger seat, two seats in one row ( see the green one photos). Very mordern and comfortable. You can adjust and half lying down on it instead of sit up straight for few hours.
