★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台北から高雄まで730元 5時間でした。
新幹線より時間はかかるものの、半額だし快適だしで良い旅行でした。
フットレストが収納式になっていて、ちょっと分かりづらかったです。
It was 730 yuan 5 hours from Taipei to Kaohsiung.
Although it took more time than the Shinkansen, it was a good trip at half price and comfortable.
The footrest is retractable and it was a little hard to understand.

チケット売り場の女性は、日本語がまったく分からず、互いにみぶり手振りでしたが、親切に対応してくれました。
360km走って、730NT$(約2800日本円)です。高鉄の1630NT$と比べたら、半値以下です。その分、4時間くらいかかりました。
1列に2席という、ファーストクラスのでっかい座席です。テレビモニターも個別に設置されており、テレビやビデオ、ゲームができるようになっています。中国語なので、使いませんでしたが・・・。
前方に足置き、背中のリクライニングなど、すべて電動で操作できます。
ブランケットや、ミネラルウォーター、お菓子なども準備されていました。
トイレ(和式)も設置されていて、長距離でも心配なく移動することができました。
バス内は、冷房が強く効いているので、上着か、羽織るものを持っていくのを、お勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 得知將結束營業前的一個週末於轉運站app買了票,想留作紀念所以至台北站票務櫃檯詢問是否能幫我印出實體票券當作紀念。
可能受負面新聞的影響,櫃檯小姐回我:「不行呀!它就沒有實體票卷要怎麼印?」
這樣的服務態度著實令我感到失望,希望重生後的他們能夠在顧客服務面加把勁。
四樓的先生服務態度反而親切、友善多了!
I learned that I bought a ticket at the transfer station app on the weekend before closing, and I wanted to keep it as a souvenir, so I went to the ticket counter of Taipei Station and asked if I could print a physical ticket as a souvenir.

This kind of service attitude really disappoints me, and I hope they can work harder on customer service after rebirth.
The service attitude of the gentleman on the fourth floor is much more cordial and friendly!

很久以前覺得阿羅哈的服務非常好但卻逐漸衰退
這幾年遇到的服務人員態度都只能嗯尚可接受不要擺臭臉我都OK
但就在今天擔心過年前班次會和以往不同故
致電至新莊站詢問目前的搭乘時刻表及剩下的位子狀況
然後一直反覆告知不能預先保留車位要我去便利商店自行購買看時間
我也知道不能訂位要自己去超商買車票
但我要知道時刻和大約的位子告知現況有很困難嗎
重複了好幾次才告知然後態度有點不耐煩真的很莫名其妙
原本要在新莊站搭乘後來因為交通關係到台北轉運站搭車
服務人員也很荒謬
我掃完實名制後拿給他看
他看不到或是看不清楚也不願意告知
擺一個臭臉然後我就把手機一直舉著
發現他好像表情不太對之後我往服務台的櫃子邊走進去
然後不耐煩的說拿在哪裡是誰看得到
先生哈囉看不到你不會講嗎
不會往櫃檯走出來嗎還要我們走進去
真的很莫名其妙態度實在是有夠差

導致要在現場多等一個小時
並且ㄧ開始完全沒有任何補償的表示
推卸給系統問題 說要等待調查
後來我申明這不是我們的問題(已提前三天買票)
對方才改口票價折半
結果我站在櫃檯等待"50分鐘"
才拿到新的票與退款
等待期間三個人員一直走來走去
我開口問票是否好了(等候已半小時的時候)
得到對方不耐煩的回答還沒 正在處理.....
除此之外 乘車期間司機急煞與長按喇叭至少各五次以上
這種服務態度與開車方式令人不敢恭維......
