I originally asked if it could be repaired that day, but the lady boss told us that there was no way for the clothes to be sewn until the next afternoon. But because of the eagerness, the lady proprietress started sewing on the spot, but after it was ironed, the lady proprietress found that her ironing board had not been cleaned up, and the zippers of other customers under the trousers had melted onto the trousers. Unfortunately, after it was ironed, to our dismay the zippers from one her other customers' clothes was still on the ironing board and had melted into my girlfriend's pair of pants which she spent a long time trying to get out without any luck. The owner apologized profusely and offered to compensate. Although the original price of the pants was $1300, we felt bad for her, so my girlfriend told her $1000. However, after compensating my girlfriend, she insisted that she would be keeping this pair of pants and would not return it to my girlfriend who really needed it urgently. We wasted almost an hour and decided to cut our losses, buy the same exact pair of pants at $1300 and immediately washed it for work the next day.
