★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE!!!! I bought a phone case from alto just around a month ago. They mentioned warranty and quality of built when I bought it. Guess what... the corner chipped just within a month. I came back to ask the lady about the warranty and built. They were happy to fix it - so I guess they are used to it chipping! It annoying to know that they know this happens a lot so they are willing to fix it. Oh, did I mention that they need to a month and a half to fix it. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in Monday evening and saw beautiful and thoughtfully designed products that are elegantly marketed and displayed….. all that was shattered by an rude and immature store clerk. Not only the customer was not greeted upon visiting, when I offered my honest opinion regarding how much I appreciated the design but the pricing is a bit out of my budget range, the store clerk was instantly triggered, becoming super passive-aggressive and blatantly rude. Whatever my sincere response was, the clerk insisted on having every last word and full of sarcasm. I sincerely wanted to come back to make the purchase after getting some Christmas cash, now having such disheartening experience, I have to take my business elsewhere.
