收到這間公司邀請電聯通知後 寫完履歷 面試官是一個男的『姓陳』 年紀感覺比我還小 一開始面談過程中都還好 正職薪資休假福利知道後 工作地點在板橋車站內 之後才得知要等到八月底才進駐櫃位 花一個月時間裝潢找人什麼的 因為當下急著找工作 我說你們公司進駐時間這部份應該一開始就要講清楚吧 也要註明在人力銀行職缺內容裡讓求職者先知道吧 講到這裡感覺他就有點沒耐性了 也很容易誤解我的意思 還反問我那面試官讓你來當好了 我心裡當下忍著外表笑著想說算了 接著我又問 公司裝潢期間 你們有教育訓練嗎 他說有 接著我又問大概是從何時開始 他說進駐專櫃前半個月左右 不足月以時薪計算 我說好 那你們教育訓練期間時薪是多少 他跟我說照勞基法規定 我問了三次 那到底是多少 他說140 我說那你就說時薪140有那麼難嗎 接著我又解釋說每間公司時薪不一樣 雖然都說照勞基法規定 心裡想著沒說出來:【有些公司是時薪135或150 甚至更高 根本沒有絕對】然後他就沒有耐性了 反問我難道你不知道勞基法規定現在時薪多少嗎 說我不OK?? 我當然知道 但求職者本來各方面就要問清楚講明白不是嗎 這是求職者應有的權益 不然幹嘛專程來面試 我心裡忍著不想和他爭論 一堆細節部份都直接跳過 有此可知這種人做事也一定很粗線條 我開門離開 最後當下居然把我的履歷直接撕爛 我說你會不會太不尊重求職者 把求職者寫好的履歷當場撕爛 他還反駁說不怕侵犯個資嗎 我心裡氣到不想跟這種屁孩計較 直接掉頭閃人 只是個面試官而已 還沒有將我的履歷呈上去給主管或老闆過目 就直接否定求職者的能力 這種面試官根本是EQ太低沒耐性 容易誤解被激怒又被動 建議公司最好不要請這種屁孩當新人的職前訓練官 鐵定遭殃 自己世面見識少還這麼沒有耐性 言行非常惡劣 很不懂得尊重年長 奉勸各位求職者前往面試時要三思!

When I talk about it, I feel that he is a little impatient and easy to misunderstand what I mean. Then I asked me that the interviewer let you be a good job. I endured the appearance and smiled in my heart. Then I asked if you had any education and training during the company's decoration period. He said yes. Then I asked about when he said that half a month or so before entering the counter, it was calculated based on an hourly salary. I said, what is your hourly salary during the education and training period. He told me that according to the provisions of the Labor Standards Law, I asked how much it was three times. He said 140 I said, then you said that the hourly salary is 140. Is it that difficult? Then I explained that the hourly salary is different for each company, although they all said that the hourly salary is different. The basic law stipulates that I didn’t say it in my heart: [Some companies have an hourly salary of 135 or 150 or even higher. There is no absolute value at all.] Then he has no patience and asked me if you don’t know how much the current hourly salary is stipulated by the Labour Standards Law. Say I don’t OK? ? Of course I know, but job applicants have to ask all aspects clearly, right? This is the right and right of job applicants. Why would you come here for the interview? I don’t want to argue with him for a lot of details and skip the details. I know that this kind of person must be very rough in doing things. I opened the door and left. At the end, I actually tore my resume directly. I asked if you would disrespect the job applicant and tear up the resume written by the job applicant on the spot. He also retorted that he was not afraid of infringement. I’m so angry that I don’t want to care about this kind of ass. I’m just an interviewer. I deny the job applicant’s ability before submitting my resume to the supervisor or boss. This kind of interviewer is simply too EQ. Low, impatient, easy to misunderstand, irritated and passive, suggest that the company should not invite this kind of kid as a newcomer. The pre-employment trainer will definitely suffer. I have little experience in the world and so impatient. The words and deeds are very bad. I don’t know how to respect the seniors. Advise all job applicants to go. Think twice during the interview!
