★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地點在新莊副都心的商業區，新莊這幾年建案很多，但很多都是大坪數的，這裡的坪數算比較小，大概自備60-70就可以入手，拿來投資感覺還不錯
包租方案我聽了一下才懂，簡單來說就是會給兩年6.6%的租金，如果沒急著要用的話可以先放著領錢XD

主要是目前有裝潢的錢跟兩年包租的錢
原本以為包租的兩年就要把房子放在那裏也不能用
但業務說房子還是可以自己運用，想再出租也行～
聽到的時候有點傻眼想說也太好康了吧...根本是建商捧錢要給你買阿...
順便推一下業務，人很親切也很有耐心：）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 附近環境優美人車很少，但是最近宏匯廣場開幕了人車也開始跟著多了起來，而且不知道為什麼新莊副都心的路都特別小條假如以後再繼續開發下去人跟著多起來一定會每天都在塞車。附近環境很好，很多綠地甚至還有田，但是相對來說也有一個缺點就是要買東西很不方便，只有樓下有一家便利商店而已，假如去全聯或者是家樂福就要跑到新莊舊市區去實在是有點不方便，不過還好附近有機場捷運讓到台北市的交通方便一點，希望以後在都市更新的時候可以把道路規劃的大條一點。
