還是荷蘭貴族手工蛋糕比較好吃。
補充：近日吃到費雪公爵，濕潤綿密，甜度偏高，卻不膩口，也不錯。
再補充：蝴蝶公主好吃，但一盒只6片，一下就吃完。
Honey Melaleuca, Swiss Classic Dark Chocolate, and Dark Vaz Knights are all common.
The handmade cakes of the Dutch nobles are more delicious.
Supplement: I recently ate Duke Fisher. It is moist and dense, with high sweetness, but not greasy, which is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃回憶的。10幾年沒買了，口感依舊，價格貴了些，但無妨，真材實料最重要。這些年很多甜點其實都大勝貴族手工蛋糕了，所以許久沒吃後再品嚐，確實已不驚艷。不過買來送長輩應該挺合適的。

學長送的端午節禮盒，【Amo阿默典藏蛋糕】最近展店很多，名氣很大，連我媽都有聽過，試試。
☑Bramo 達克瓦茲騎士 - 原味‧焦糖?260 = 口感，勉勉強強，有彈性但是偏軟，比較像泡芙多一點；原味奶油餡偏甜；而焦糖口味，外層口感差不多，但是比起原味，奶油餡部分比較偏硬?? 4分。
☑台灣蜂蜜千層蛋糕?320 = 看到要賣320元，覺得有點貴。七層蜂蜜蛋糕，比
【賴師傅手工千層蛋糕】層數低了不少；入口，口感不算乾，還算溼潤；彈性跟黏性....就是普通水平，正常發揮，蜂蜜香氣不足，不過有股迷人的酒味?? 這酒味增加不少蛋糕的層次；看了一下盒裝，原來是有萊姆酒，4分。
