★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沿著建業路，到綠野香坡 的前段，只有幾戶人家。路口的土地公廟，謂之【深坑口】，再進去到曾家廠房（市長曾正和宅）之間，就是從前的深坑。
拓荒初期，此地有乾山溝很深，因而命名為深坑。日據時代屬於二城保轄區，早年有炭坑，原居民都是礦工或農民，是山區中的小型散村，有曾、林、陳等雜姓。
Along the Jianye Road, there are only a few households in the front section of the green field. The land public temple at the intersection is called [Deep Hangkou], and then went to the Zengjia factory (mayor Zeng Zhenghe), which is the former deep pit.
In the early days of the pioneering land, there was a deep dry hill ditch, which was named as a deep pit. The Japanese occupation era belongs to the second city security area. In the early years, there were charcoal pits. The original inhabitants were miners or peasants. They were small scattered villages in the mountainous areas, including Zeng, Lin and Chen.
