★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到留言都是說服務冷淡，真的是實至名歸耶，不幫忙找鞋，也不幫忙介紹，鞋子是台灣製，真是苦了那些老師傅，門市的一線人員服務冷漠，讓老師傅的鞋賣不出去..。
既然價錢跟百貨公司一樣，真的建議買婚鞋，去百貨公司買，不需要來這看冷臉。

Since the price is the same as that of a department store, it is really recommended to buy wedding shoes and go to a department store to buy them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本來想去門市試穿，但是看完評論有種卻步的感覺，只覺得客服人員很辛苦要一直幫門市人員解釋，並找出問題，但是看來沒有什麼用處，問題還是一直存在⋯⋯看完近期評論只想說，當只有一個人給一星並給負面反應的時候可能是誤會或偏見，如果一群人都這樣說的話，可能事實真的是如此；一整個門市都被這樣反應，大概是主管到助理都是這樣服務，或是企業文化就是如此。
I originally wanted to go to the store to try it on, but after reading the comments, I felt intimidated. I just felt that the customer service staff was very hard to help the store staff to explain and find out the problem, but it seemed to be useless, and the problem still exists... After reading Recent comments just want to say that when only one person gives one star and gives a negative reaction, it may be a misunderstanding or prejudice, if a group of people say this, it may be true; an entire store is reacted this way, probably the supervisor To the assistant is the service, or the corporate culture is like this.

連這款要拿大一號 都是我自己看官網知道的
試穿完一雙就急著收 又沒很多客人
再急什麼？穿完另一雙要另一雙比較 又要再拿一次
還以為是一個雷而已 沒有換另一個人一樣雷
感覺都在狀況外
到底要客人來門市試穿幹嘛
還不是為了新的鞋款網路還沒有
這是我第一次來門市也是最後一次
在網路上購買還比較舒服
麻煩闆娘篩選一下自己員工的品質好嗎
真的太誇張了 完全是請花瓶在那欸

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kedua kalinya datang kesini,,maaf karena saya tidak cari tau terlebih dahulu untuk jam kerja mereka (jam 14:00 open), sebelum jam 2saya sudah sekitar 13:55.dan saya langsung masuk begitu aja hhehheh.pelayanya dengan sopan bilang maaf yah kami belum buka.... setelah jam 14:00 datang lah pegawai yang satu nya lagi,dengan muka ketus lihat saya dari bawah sampai atas(pas kebetulan saya belum ganti baju setelah masak,agak kotor)kaya yang ngga welcome gitu...di tanya sambil ketus..m"mau cari apa"
Saya jawab yang ini ada size 36nya Ndak??!dia jawab mau beli ngga??!
Hehheh.di situ saya sebagai coustemer aga kurang begitu suka...tapi ya sudahlah
This is my second time coming here, sorry I didn't find out beforehand about their working hours (14:00 open), before 2 pm I was already around 13:55. we haven't opened yet.... after 14:00 the other employee came, with a stern face looking at me from bottom to top (I happened to have not changed clothes after cooking, a bit dirty) rich who weren't welcome like that... asked while curtly..m"what are you looking for"
I answered that this one has size 36 or not??! He said do you want to buy it??!
Hehheh...that's where I, as a coustemer, didn't really like it...but never mind
