With the planning of the Anping Port National Historical Landscape Park, which has driven the rise of the real estate market in the Anping area, the traditional style of Anping's old settlements is in jeopardy, and the problem of maintaining the old settlement's style is urgent. In order to actively maintain the historical style of Anping's old settlements, the city government promoted the plan to maintain and update the historical style of Anping's old settlements. Through the urban renewal and maintenance measures, the city established the direction and mechanism of maintaining the old settlement's styles, and subsidized the settlements to carry out traditional building repairs, general The restoration of the building and the reproduction of Anping’s historical features will not only activate Anping’s sightseeing activities, but also provide a safe and sustainable living environment for the residents of the old settlement. The project scope is bounded by Anping Road and Anbei Road in the north; Canal Road in the south and Pingsheng Road in the east; Guosheng 1st Street and Hubin 1st Street in the west, including the surrounding areas of Anping Ancient Fort and Anping historical settlement area, covering an area of ​​about 39 hectares .
