Aohua Elementary School has an old camphor tree that is more than 600 years old. In 1981, the Yilan County Government set up an explanation sign and listed it as the "No. 1 precious old tree in Yilan Nan'ao". Although the center of the main trunk is hollow, the branches and leaves are still luxuriant, like a green natural umbrella standing in the middle of the campus, very spectacular and beautiful. The 2016 "Most Beautiful School Trees in the Country" selection organized by the Futian Tree Conservation Foundation won the special award from only three schools in the country. #澳花村 #Aohua Elementary School
