餐點一百分! 牛肋條咖哩: 牛肉煎得超軟嫩,咖哩也是好吃的日式咖喱,裡面還咬得到堅果,只是飯稍微硬了一點,還是瑕不掩瑜 干貝松露炒飯:超香超好吃!每一口都吃得到干貝 麻薏生乳捲:閉著眼睛吃還以為在吃抹茶生乳捲,很新奇的口感,也很好吃 特別誇獎一下味噌湯,第一口喝下去真的很驚艷,是有點中日混合的口味 然後店內環境很好,外場店員服務態度也很好,介紹餐點認真,只是座位稍少,需要提早訂位才可以訂到比較好的時間,還有雞翅今天沒有了有點小傷心XD

餐點吃起來口味帶甜 點了鹹食, 小甜點, 飲品 本來以為會吃得剛剛好 結果餐點的內容還有包含前菜小食跟湯 小食: 番茄炒豆腐 湯品: 味增湯 味增湯頭帶甜, 料給得很滿 餐點部分 點了: 好揪西唐揚雞咖哩飯 份量偏少, 但唐揚雞真的揪C, 口味帶甜 還有: 干貝松露炒飯 份量超多 送上來跟一座小山一樣, 口感濕潤, 對於炒飯人來說, 大滿足 如果兩人一人點咖喱一個人點炒飯吃起來就會有飽足感喔!! 甜點: 麻芛 搭配上熱熱的菊花烏龍剛剛好 這裡能夠一次滿足鹹食跟甜食 雖然這次只吃了鹹食部分,但感覺可以再回訪, 期待下次的其他甜點 還要帶走麻芛禮盒 (店家說可以先預約?) 喔對了記得充電 空間氛圍容易拍到沒電 (誇張 ? P.S.現在疫情期間可以先預約 超棒的!! 如果沒預約記得12點就要到喔, 有機會有現場的位置!!!

位子比較偏遠一點,餐點還行,但不知道是不是拍照原因咖喱跟飯有點冷了,但是豬排還很熱,第一次吃麻ㄧˋ甜點覺得蠻特別的,原本想點布丁,但看別桌小小一個那個價位就點不下去了,店內座位分一二樓,不同區域的裝潢不太一樣,廁所滿乾淨的,店員人滿親切的

目前吃過最好吃的生乳捲 麻芛生乳捲 苦甜苦甜 裡面還有哈密瓜 不愛哈密瓜的我也喜歡❤️ 不膩口 很唰嘴 很推?? 唐揚雞咖喱飯 雞肉不錯吃 冷了也好吃 咖喱口味鹹甜鹹甜 堅果碎粒 有吃到肉桂香 麻芛肉醬義大利麵 沒有吃牛肉的人可以吃 肉醬很濃郁 有加黑、綠橄欖 開胃爽口 麵條是寬扁麵 可惜不夠Q彈 副餐的小菜跟湯品水準內 金萱茶 滿順口的 麻芛蜂蜜氣泡飲 整體偏苦 蜂蜜味有點淡 環境氛圍不錯??

原先是間單純糕點禮盒店,最近轉型成老宅咖啡廳,日式和風洋食結合成,終於抽空時間來走訪,菜單大致可分冷熱飲品、和食、洋食、炸物與甜點,已附圖! 上網做點功課,才瞭解台中人吃麻薏的文化,身為資深在地台中烏日小孩,瞬間勾起兒時回憶。同時這間店也有著自己的故事,受奶奶日式與台灣文化的交融,老闆深深為之影響並懷念著奶奶手作的糕點,當你拿著招牌麻薏地瓜流心酥,吃的是老闆千錘百鍊獨創秘方,淡淡似抹茶的麻薏香、驚豔百搭到無話可說的地瓜,與麻糬從中交織的口感,受在地人為之讚嘆,絕絕子! 飲品在這就不做評論,甜點部分點了四樣,招牌青子麻薏酥(地瓜流芯)必點沒什麼好說,喜歡它一顆簡單但帶出的是多層次的舌尖享受,味道香氣到嚼勁口感,幾霸昏?!其次就是一顆好布丁?,承載著最為特色的高腳容器,給人一種與眾不同的高貴感,柔軟但稍甜的口感建議需搭配飲品解膩,但是整體是不錯的。再來是柚子味增地瓜磅蛋糕,建議一口小藍莓?一口蛋糕,再一口小柚子一口蛋糕,後者極甜才有層次享受。最後則是來之前一直誤會成抹茶生乳捲的麻薏生乳捲,網路上沒標示我會在底下標註以免誤會,草莓?的季節過了水果用哈密瓜去代替,也是另一種特別經驗,生乳捲也是沒話說我的愛,第二會推薦給各位的甜品。下次有機會來嘗試他們的和食,這次下午茶體驗滿分?,經過烏日啤酒廠的各位可以駐足參訪??! 飲品 ?用真心的水洗 ???? ?含情脈脈紫蘇覆盆莓氣泡飲 ???? ?天公伯眷顧的蜜香貴妃冷泡茶 ???? 青子甜點 ?柚子味增地瓜磅蛋糕 ???? ?一顆好布丁 ??? ?青子麻薏酥 地瓜流芯 ?????? ?麻薏生乳捲 ?????

更多照片和文章請搜尋Instagram: baubau.foodie 青子Aoko,是間以奶奶之名「青」字命名的和洋食及甜點店,隱藏於台中南屯住宅區巷內,不太好找,而且在找的過程中一度還懷疑是不是導航錯了,很難聯想這區域竟然有著這麼有味道的小店? 老宅改建的屋裡,搭配著據說是法國老傢俱的桌椅,並融合了許多台灣傳統元素,像是竹籐與磨石子地板,整體呈現復古懷舊風格,氣氛營造地非常好;桌距很寬敞,在這疫情年代,不僅安心又坐起來很舒適愜意~ 克朗區炸豬排咖哩飯$290 一顆好布丁$120 青子麻薏酥$85 主廚家鄉的奶茶金萱茶$160 暖身更暖心的檸檬薑茶$160 餐點鹹食主要有咖哩飯、松露炒飯、貓飯等,我選了炸豬排咖哩飯來嚐嚐,豬排厚實不乾柴,而咖哩醬夾帶脆脆的肉桂堅果糖,增添香氣與口感層次,敢吃肉桂的朋友一定要添加看看。另外,套餐有附小菜蕃茄豆腐與味噌湯,都是簡簡單單的家常滋味。 來到這一定要吃的就是結合中部特產「蔴薏」的餐點,猶豫好久後挑了地瓜口味的麻薏酥,老實說我在來青子Aoko前完全沒聽說過蔴薏這東西XD吃起來有點台版抹茶的感覺,淡淡的苦韻味,搭配酥鬆奶油外皮和地瓜流心內餡的香甜,是道我會想中秋節買來送禮的甜點(紅豆麻糬口味也好想試試)!

Cute cafe with lovely desserts and food. Some of the desserts and beverages use 麻薏 which is an ingredient that a lot of locals grow up with. I hadn’t tried it before but really enjoyed the mild bitterness it had which balanced out the sweetness quite nicely.
