y	yufen ni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只能說不管做任何行業都需要秉持專業跟細心的態度。我因為airpod耳機有問題，所以前去德誼花蓮中正店送修，店員告知我需要從尋找中移除我的airpod裝置，因為我不太確定該如何操作，所以我詢問店員如何移除，她有口述教學並由她幫我操作一番後，到了輸入密碼的環節，於是她把手機交給我，她請我輸入Apple ID，在我輸入後畫面就跳回尋找頁面，但這時我手機上跳一個正在清除的郵件通知，本以為已經耳機裝置已移除了，但我後來發現airpod裝置並未真的移除掉(還在畫面上)，所以我遵循剛剛店員的操作自行移除airpod，後續完成維修注意事項核對後，我在離開店家時發現我的手機開始重新開機，等到開機後我手機的資料就完全消失!! 因為無助所以又再次踏入店家詢問，但他們說資料已經沒有了也無法復原，幫我服務的店員同時還可以去服務其他客人，態度上讓我覺得我的意外很不被重視，有感覺另一位店員想協助釐清，但整個服務態度讓我感受到無助，而且後續也只站在櫃台，沒有協助提出更進一步的解決辦法，因為你們人為疏失所導致問題，還表現得你們無法負責。老實說當下我也不想再爭論下去，我最在乎的是我的資料該如何找回，後續摸摸鼻子離開去想辦法。但這些遺失的資料對我的損失極為重大，而且有非常多需要綁定裝置的東西，因為這次意外我需要重新設定，更還有很多工作上的資料。誠心希望貴公司可以加強員工工作態度跟專業訓練。
