Most of staffs here have more empathy then other branches, they are more willing to help. Compared to A13 for overall.

Great Shopping place to buy Apple Products. They almost have everything Related to Apple. I think it's the biggest Apple Store in North Taiwan. And Staff is very cooperative and will guide you properly, if require any information. But crowded mostly on the weekends. It's on the First Floor of 101. Be careful for COVID, as many foreigners visit this place on weekends.

I'm changing my review as I originally had an okay review with help with my new MacBook Pro's charger. However, when I accompanied my GF to get her iPad looked at, the clerk looked at the iPad for less than one minute and told her that the solution was to buy a new iPad. That's honestly a huge disrespect to a long time Apple user. You guys are supposed to be the "geniuses" but apparently that doesn't include looking after a broken product for more than a minute.

It is advised to make an online appointment before coming, as it is crowded even during regular working hours.

the store is dedicated to all Apple's Products with managed displays. The staff is well professionally trained. Service is fast. It has a dedicated column for every section of Apple products. But there is no price tag attached with products. So, in the end, you have to rely on the staff for the price tag.
