I had a horrible service experience for sending a MacBookPro 2019 under Extended Apple Care+. Besides late for promised service period 7-10 days (no one asked really) and non-existent written form (and probably no active calling notification. you had to call to check yourself), I think they don't have professionals there to do electrical or power realted inspection and service; one of their service rep in Tao-Yuan could only offer to replace non original mother board and under AC+ they ask you for a fee (quote and that person doesn't even know how to communicate effectively, No ISO9000 quality and poorly trained , probably no training for Email security and etiquette such as BCC to keep email address as strictly need-to-know basis). So, all and all, I say don't even try to go there if you have Apple product related issues. Just go to Apple A13. Oh by the way, many reviews already point of the fact the Senao is basically a time-hogger center and unprofessional place. I want to add that their service sheet is a piece of unresponsible paper (and the memo will scare you only and shed customer belonging responsibility). I wish there is a 0.00001 star to bring down the average to one. 4.8 average at time of writing doesn't do justice. You will basically worry for your high price Apple product and can only hope to bring back same defect / unserviced thing you send there (and hope for no additional damage, as they dont' give you tracking information either during no-service decision, in Taiwan besides online order, many internal or service shipping lack tracking). Anyways, I would never use Senao as authorized Apple service center again.
