★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約時間是白天，現場沒人，現場工作人員態度良好，也很快告知機子從美國購買，需維修的部分其序號無法鍵入系統所以無法維修，建議我至101直營店維修。雖然沒能修成，但態度和速度還不錯。

維修中心人員服務很好，細心說明換電池前的注意事項，很專業又親切，維修很棒！
另外，
客服電話打進去只要聽完語音，等待一下不用按任何分機就能轉接到客服人員了

服務態度真的相差很多
新換的耳機連線異常拿去檢測
只將耳機與電腦連接檢測
檢測雖無異樣結果
直接反問顧客有沒有測試與其他手機連線測試
既然為維修中心為什麼不能當場測試？
所以是先質疑顧客手機有問題？而不是耳機
甚至把問題推至舊的耳機充電盒
結論是只要耳機是新的就一定不干耳機的事？
